An attractive, well-bred jet black 2005 15hh colt by one of ASH foundation sire, Rivoli Ray's last sons, Zswasum Rivoli Blackjack, who has produced many champions across all disciplines. Out of a Bullenbong Wiriki/ Sage King successfully competed sporting mare, Shenee Bullenbong Honey, ‘Ace’ is an outstanding show, performance horse and sire of the future. His half sisters and brothers include multi-champion campdrafters, show and polocrosse horses across the country.
Ace was professionally mouthed and backed at age two, then turned out to finish growing due to horse movement restrictions from the equine influenza outbreak. Also due to EI, he only had one show outing as a two-year old, but won first place in his class. Now in his third year, he's recently won second place at the National Capital Horse Show, Champion Stallion at Bowral Show. He is now being professionally trained and campaigned by Kate Fenner of Kandoo Equine in Goulburn for many expected future wins.
Studbook, sire and DNA registered, he is now returning to competition in 2008 after successfully serving mares, including Eurella Vashti, who has just produced an outstanding brown/black colt (below). His bloodlines are highly sought after, with his half-sister Lindenlee Poppy being sold sight-unseen as a foal to a Queensland polocrosse family who have successful horses from this dam line.
Smart, athletic, easy to do everything with and being shown with success by lady, Ace has heritage ASH bloodlines on both sides making him an attractive sire, already generating a lot of interest locally.
